If you plan to leave town and don't like the idea of strangers coming to your home, the dog alone all day, or your dog in a cage, kennel, or dog run, then in-home boarding may be the solution for you. Before dogs come to stay, a Meet and Greet will take place so we can evaluate the dog's behavior and comfort level, you can see the place in person, and we can determine if I'm the best fit. I love h
aving my guests' owners and their family and friends here on Facebook, where they can share pictures of their dogs having fun. We even have some page fans who don't have dogs here, but just enjoy all the happy pictures. The guests are all beautiful, and I try to capture that, and from time to time send out practical dog ownership information. I accept altered dogs who are current on vaccinations to stay in my home with me, as family members, while you are away. You bring along bowls, blankets, favorite toys, bed or crate...whatever is a part of your dog's routine. I charge $35 per night. Drop off and pick up times are flexible...as early as 8:30 am, as late as 11pm. I can administer medications and give shots, if your dog needs them. Dogs play with each other and my trained resident dogs, Scout and Leo. They also get to meet the cat, Hogan, who is dog-proof and will teach dogs about cats. Windows come down to the floor, so dogs can see out easily to watch birds and squirrels. Floors are sealed wood and tile, for cool naps in summer. The secure yard has a 6' fence and is spacious with hills, rocks, and many trees. Please, visit Rover.com for more information on how my business works. Messages sent here may not be seen quickly. Insurance is through Rover, although I have added my own as well to protect dog guests. Dogs need a Rover profile for that to apply. I was originally with DogVacay, which Rover bought out. When you go to the Rover site, you can contact me, Chrystal H. via an inquiry. You may also send me a PM at Chrystal Hays page here, or here, but they do not get seen as quickly.
