Due to unforeseen circumstances, Austin had to make the move back home to Delaware this week. ❤️

After 4 wonderful years at Knot 2 Shaggy, it’s hard to put into words just how much we are going to miss him. Austin has been such a big part of our salon, creating so many wonderful memories with our clients, their pups, and all of us along the way.

This was such a hard post to make. Looking back over the last four years, I’m so proud of how much Austin has grown—and how much we’ve all grown together. He has truly left his mark on Knot 2 Shaggy, and it definitely won’t be the same without him.

Thankfully, this isn’t goodbye. We’re still friends, and we know this isn’t the end of our story together—it’s just the end of this chapter with him at our salon. 🥹❤️

Austin, we love you, we’ll miss you dearly, and we’re wishing you nothing but happiness and success in whatever comes next.

Here’s to new beginnings and the next adventure! 🥂🐾

Gemma’s First Groom 💕✂️
This sweet Norwich Terrier had her very first haircut at Knot 2 Shaggy, and she was an absolute star 🌟

It’s so important to bring puppies in young so grooming becomes a positive, stress-free part of their routine. For her first session, I did a gentle mix of trimming and handstripped her head to help keep that deep red coloring. Her owner asked for fluffy ears—how adorable is that?! She doesn’t even look real 🧸

Terriers have a special place in my heart, and Gemma totally stole the show 🧡

This positive experience at a professional salon sets up your pup for regular grooming success, ensuring they stay happy and clean. 🐾🐶

I love grooming puppies and watching them grow. I've done some that are now seniors, and the whole journey has been a wonderful experience. I'm glad I can be that safe place for them. ❤️

The week has come to a close as we sit here waiting on our flights home talking about all the things we have learned to further our knowledge of the best products and techniques so we can give our clientele the 5 star service you expect when coming to our salon we want to thank you for being apart of our journey and growth and with out our clients none of this would be possible and we are very appreciative of all the support ... also Katherine and I would like to thank Victoria and the rest of the team for holding it down at home so we could come experience the hershey expo we cant wait tongrt back and share all the newest happenings of the grooming world
