Tish is finally ready for her happily ever after 🩷

Tish came to us as a stray with another dog a few months ago. Both arrived petrified of life and did not trust anyone. Shortly after arriving, we took Tish to the vet for her check up where we discovered she was pregnant. So not only was this girl scared of life - she was about to bring new lives into the world and was forced to trust us so that we could help her.

When Tish started labor, we knew something was wrong. One puppy was born, but the second was stuck. Unfortunately, that puppy did not make it. We rushed her to the vet where she had an emergency c-section for the remaining two puppies. She was an incredible mom, but now it’s time for her to experience life to the fullest without any responsibilities!

Tish is a 1-2 year old 35lb mixed breed. She is still scared, but she has opened up a lot over the past few weeks. She needs a family that understands she will take time to fully trust them and will not give up on her. She is very affectionate once she trusts you and will lean her entire body into you to feel loved. She does well with other dogs, does not mind cats, and would excel in an adult only home. She is very well crate trained and while she seems to be house trained, she most likely will need a refresher once in a new environment. This girl deserved the world and we hope a family will choose her soon!

Grandma is ready for a home!!!

If you did not see her initial post, Grandma came to us as a “stray” who was experiencing a medical emergency. She had a closed pyometra that required immediate surgery. Thankfully, Creekside Animal Hospital made it work and performed her surgery. Since this was a major surgery and we did not have a quiet environment for her to recover in, Pattie’s Waggin’ Tails Senior Sanctuary instantly answered our call for help and provided her with a calm recovery room - we are FOREVER grateful for that!!

Fast forward to now, Grandma is recovering beautifully and she truly has her sparkle back. She is the happiest girl who loves everyone she meets - she quickly became a fan favorite and everyone loves her! She gets along with other dogs, does well with kids, and is always ready to meet new friends. Now that she is feeling better, she has more interest towards cats, but does not seem to be aggressive towards them. She is very well house and crate trained, but she does not need to be crated. She walks very nicely on leash and really enjoys going for walks. She is estimated to be a 9 year old Pit mix. She is so beyond perfect and deserves the BEST forever home to spend her golden years in!!

Tiramisu and her babies STILL need homes 💔

A few months ago we assisted animal officers with an abandoned trailer that was FULL of cats. When we entered, we found a momma cat in a drawer on the floor. She was actively pushing, already had two babies out (sadly one passed), and had her third in our car. To say it was a chaotic birth is an understatement - but momma handled it well and was incredibly happy to finally land in a safe space for her kittens.

Tiramisu has been an incredible mom. She did not let her chaotic rescue stop her from raising two perfect babies. She somehow never lost trust in humans and has remained one of the absolute sweetest cats we have ever met. She is thriving in her foster home and soaking up every ounce of attention. They are all finally ready to find their forever families!

🩷Tiramisu - 3ish years old. Good with cats, does not seem to mind dogs, and good with kids.
💙Espresso - 14 weeks old. Male brown tabby. Good with all!
💙Mascarpone - 14 weeks old. Male grey tabby. Good with all!

Their foster would love to see Espresso & Mascarpone find a home together as they ADORE each other! Momma also really, really loves her babies. If she cannot find a home with both of them, a home with other cats is required. They are all litter box trained and fully vetted.

We have 5 pups that need the perfect families ❤️

Today 5 dogs entered our care from a puppy mill. They have spent their entire lives in cages in a barn. Limited socialization, limited human interaction, and no exposure to the outside world. While these dogs are terrified, they instantly trusted us and seem to know that they are safe. They allowed us to bathe them and handle them without any issues. They need time, patience, and a whole lot of love. They need to know that they truly are safe and can experience life to the fullest. All they need are families who understand this, will not give up on them, and will continue their socialization.

🐶Trixie & Tracy - 7 months old
🐶Felicity, Flannigan, & Farley - will turn 1 year old on 6/22/26

All are Havanese. These dogs adore other dogs and would do best entering homes with well socialized dogs that can help them build confidence. They do well with cats. Trixie is a little firecracker and would do well with kids, the other four would most likely do best in adult only homes.
