Meet our cat transport homie, Tauvy. Heā€™s not just a cat lover; heā€™s an incredible musician. This week, he transported critical meds for two cats in need of antibiotics, and then went on to entertain his guests at several venues, awesomely meowing guitar solos. Today, I personally witnessed his shaming a venue into playing ā€œI2Iā€ from A Goofy Movie because I mentioned my obsession with itā€¦
You should probably send him compensation for this and for being available to save cats with critical medicine.

We need a little help, friends. šŸ¾ā¤ļø

Weā€™re coming up on the tail end of kitten season, but apparently kitten season did not get the memo.

Today, Jolene, one of our sweet calico girls, had to go to the vet with what we believe is an infection following her spay. Because of her symptoms, we also needed to run bloodwork to rule out FIP. Her visit came to right around $300.

And then thereā€™s Protractor. šŸ“

Yesterday, some neighbors found this tiny little girl outside and reached out for help. Sheā€™s only about 4ā€“5 months old and weighs just 4 lbs 6 oz ā€” and unfortunately, we believe she may already be pregnant.

At her size and age, carrying and delivering kittens could be incredibly dangerous for her, so weā€™re getting her in for an emergency spay. Between her spay, pregnancy fee, rabies vaccine and microchip, weā€™re looking at another $150.

So, just like that, we need to raise $450 to cover these two girls.

It has been an incredibly difficult kitten season. Weā€™ve taken on so many animals who needed medical care, and while weā€™re incredibly grateful for everyone who supported us during North Texas Giving Day, weā€™re still waiting for those funds to actually reach us.

In the meantime, the cats keep showing up. The emergencies keep happening. And we still have to say yes when we can.

If you can help us raise $450, we can get Jolene healthy and make sure tiny Protractor never has to become a baby having babies. ā¤ļø
