Just like people, dogs have a wide variety of personalities. Jack Barkley loves to show off his ✨unique✨ personality by letting everyone know when he needs some alone time. While he loves spending time with people, and will always accept lots of cuddles, his social battery can run out. He will simply choose to go lay somewhere else in the yard to get some peace and quiet for a second (but the second the treats come out, he’ll be running back to where the people are!).

Jack would love to spend time with you at home, cuddled up on the couch. He also loves to go on walks and dreams of being in a home that has a good mix of fun and chill time. He is very well-mannered and knows basic commands.

If you think Jack is your perfect companion, stop by the shelter today to meet this sweet boy!

Benji arrived at the shelter covered in burns and unsure of people. He needed space to heal, but treats and amazing volunteers helped him open up.

He spends much of his time on the catio, but he can’t resist a treat.

Benji also has FIV, and we want to share some information about FIV:

🐾 FIV affects the immune system, but many positive cats live happy, healthy lives for years with care.

Benji is looking for a quiet home and someone who will let him settle in at his own pace.

Stop by the shelter and ask to meet Benji. He might not be the first cat you notice, but he deserves to be seen. 🤍
