As the weather warms up here in Dallas, remember that if the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for your pup's paws! Asphalt and concrete can quickly heat up to scorching temperatures, causing painful burns.

Sweet Sue Ellen 💖

This sweet girl showed us just how brave she truly is. She came in for her spay, which was suspected to be a pyometra—a serious and life-threatening infection of the uterus. Despite everything, Sue Ellen handled it like a champ and proved she’s one strong girl 🐾

We’re so happy to share that thanks to Dr. Van Iterson, her surgery went smoothly and she is now on the road to recovery. We couldn’t be prouder of her strength and spirit!

💡 A gentle reminder to all pet parents: Spaying your pets is so important. Waiting too long can increase the risk of conditions like pyometra, which can become dangerous very quickly. Preventative care truly saves lives.

Let’s all send Sue Ellen lots of love and healing vibes as she continues to recover 💕

Horton and Hoo paid a visit to see Dr. Van Iterson, and they absolutely stole our hearts 🐾💙
Hoo was here for a fresh, sparkly dental cleaning—gotta keep that smile shining bright! ✨ Meanwhile, Horton was a brave boy during his mass aspiration to make sure everything is looking good and healthy.
Both of these sweet boys were full of love, tail wags, and the BEST behavior. We can’t get enough of them … and neither can Dr. Seuss! 🐶💫
