A tortoise was found roaming in a neighborhood in West Highland Park. If this tortoise is yours please contact us directly and provide photo proof. 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢

We will not be disclosing the type of tortoise on the page until an owner is located. If no one steps forward following a stray hold we will do a quarantine period before moving forward with posting for adoption. 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢

DID YOU KNOW?!

Since becoming a rescue in late Spring of 2023 we have adopted over 1,000 reptiles! That’s 1,000 lives saved because we said yes. Because families said yes to adopting! Because our followers said yes to supporting us. Because our community steps up and donates to allow us to save more.

If you’ve adopted from us over these last 3.5 years let’s see photos of the scaly babies you got! We need some joy!

P.s. if you’d like to continue supporting us all donations go to the medical care of the animals we have in need.

FUN FACT FRIDAY

When Leopard Geckos shed their skin they actually eat it. This is an evolved trait as it helps them hide their scent from potential predators. It’s also a good source of nutrients!

Let’s see photos of your Leo’s mid shed!

MEDICAL HELP NEEDED!

We have not one but two dragons seeing the vet with serious eye concerns going on. We aren’t quite sure what’s happening but hopefully will get some answers.

If you are able to donate it will go right to their medical care! Skip your coffee for a day or two and help some animals who are really in need.

Thank you to those who have donated to our cause before! It’s because of people like you that we can continue doing what we do.
