Happy Friday!

Is your dog as cool and calm as Savannah in public outings?

Positive exposure during puppyhood to all different sights, sounds, and people is an incredibly important part of raising your puppy into a well rounded adult.

Is your dog happy and engaged when you ask it to work with you?

If your trainers first step to teaching a behaviour is to slap on a bunch of tools and go heavy into compulsion training, I'd really press you to explore other options.

Tools such as prong collars, e-collars, etc are wonderful and have a place in training, but they should never be step one.

If your dog does not enjoy training with you, it is time to make a change.
