📢 Quick PSA from AntopiaUSA —
Business has been absolutely booming lately, and first off — thank you. We mean that.
That said, it’s come to our attention that a handful of last week’s orders were missing small items. We own that completely, and we’re sorry.
We do want to mention something most customers don’t know: packages containing live ants shipped under a USDA-APHIS permit are subject to inspection at ports of entry and federal checkpoints. It happens, and occasionally small items get displaced during that process — not out of negligence, but because agents are doing exactly what they should be doing: protecting our ecosystems from invasive species situations like the Red Imported Fire Ant. We’re grateful for that work.
Regardless of the cause, our goal is to build a fulfillment system so airtight that nothing gets missed — by us or anyone else handling the package along the way.

We currently ship Monday through Wednesday, but starting now, Sunday is officially a shipping day at AntopiaUSA. Here’s what that means for you:

📦 Sunday — Tracking information goes out Sunday evening
🚚 Monday morning — Those Sunday packages drop immediately
📦 Monday afternoon — A full second round of packages goes out the same day
📦 Tuesday & Wednesday — Full shipping days as always, no changes there

That means faster fulfillment, faster delivery, and your new colony arriving to you sooner. We already pride ourselves on being the fastest in the business when it comes to fulfillment and customer care — and we are not slowing down.

📞 We’re also opening up phone support Wednesday through Saturday — and even better, we are launching scheduled FaceTime setup calls so you can open your package with your kids and have us right there with you, live, walking you through everything. First come, first served — but there will be a booking system so you can grab your time slot in advance and be fully prepared. More details on that coming soon!

We are a family-run business, and these ants are supporting more than one family. We don’t take that lightly. Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to this country. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to do what we love every day — and that's not something we take lightly.
