Labor Day sale — 15% off everything on the site.

Quick story about why this one matters to me. As a kid I had a store-bought ant farm, and I mail-ordered ants for it three separate times. Every single shipment showed up dead. I figured I was doing something wrong and gave up on ants completely.

Turns out the problem wasn't me. Those kits ship worker ants with no queen. Workers only live a few weeks and nothing replaces them, so the colony is gone inside a month, every time. There's no version of that where the kid wins.

Every colony we send out has a queen. That's the whole difference. At the show in Bryan a week ago, ten different people walked up to the table to tell me the colony they bought from us last year is still going.

So through Monday night, 15% off your entire order — colonies, queens, complete ant farm kits, nests, supplies, all of it.

Code GET15 at checkout.

Live ants ship Monday through Wednesday, so nothing sits in a truck over the weekend.

Worker ants live 1-2 years - unless a tapeworm infects them. Then they live for years, turn gold, and get treated better than their own queen. The 2026 science, explained by AntopiaUSA.

🐜 WHEN YOUR ANTS SHIP

Live ants ship Monday–Wednesday only — never later in the week, so your colony never spends a weekend sitting in a carrier warehouse.

During our peak season (spring and summer), the most time that should pass before your order starts its journey to you is 5–7 days. In slower months, fulfillment is typically closer to 2–3 days. Every order is fulfilled by the Wednesday of its shipping window.

You don't need to check in — the moment your shipping label is created, a tracking email is sent to you automatically. (Check your spam folder; they sometimes land there.)

Questions? Just reply to this email — a real person reads every message.
