Environmental socialization is exposure to places, surfaces, sounds, and activity rather than to people and dogs. The distinction matters for a Cane Corso. What you’re building is neutrality, not friendliness. The trap is overdoing it: an overcrowded market or an overstimulating playground can sensitize a dog instead of settling him, so the read is on the dog’s body language, not the checklist.
