We are over the moon to announce that Dr. Eliza Welch will be re-joining our team in August. Hired originally back in 2014, Dr. Welch got her start in veterinary medicine at Wyoga as a cross-trained veterinary assistant/receptionist. After leaving Wyoga, she began her educational journey towards becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Welch graduated from The Ohio State University with her DVM in 2023. She spent the last few years working in Columbus but has recently moved back to Cuyahoga Falls. She was an integral and well-loved part of our team many years ago, and we are excited to be able to have her back with us. Her clinical interests include behavior, dermatology, and senior care. She also has a passion for animal rescue and welfare. Outside of work, she loves finding new coffee shops, antiquing, binge watching shows, and trying to befriend the birds in her yard. She currently has four pitties, a silver dollar fish named Fiddy Cent, and three cats. She lives with her pets and their spare human in Cuyahoga Falls.
