We have been made aware of fraudulent accounts, pages, and links impersonating our name and logo. Scammers are creating fake profiles and hijacking our posts to deceive our community.

We are reporting and removing them as quickly as possible but please protect yourselves and watch out for these red flags:
• No Hidden Links: We will never try to sell anything through our social media post. All of our legitimate products and services are available exclusively through our official website:
wyogavet.com or wyogavet.covetruspharmacy.com
• Fake Giveaways & Prizes: We will NEVER tag you in a comment to tell you that you've "won" a contest, nor will we ask you to click a link to claim a prize.
• Secure Payments: We will never send you direct messages (DMs) asking for your credit card numbers, passwords, or personal financial information over social media.

How to protect yourself:
• Double-check the handle: Make sure the account messaging or tagging you matches our exact, official social media handle.
• Verify the link: Always hover over or double-check links before clicking them.
• Report & Block: If a suspicious account messages you pretending to be us, please block them and report the profile immediately.

For nearly 40 years, Dr. Michael Kubera has been caring for the patients and clients of Wyoga Veterinary Hospital. His positive, outgoing, and friendly personality has bonded clients and staff to him. He has trained and educated an innumerable amount of students, technicians, and future doctors, imparting his knowledge and expertise onto the next generations. Dr. Mike has always been willing to drop everything to help a friend or colleague, whether that is with a medical case or a broken water heater.

So, it is with both sadness and celebration that we announce Dr. Mike’s retirement. His charisma, knowledge, and skills will be missed by everyone but we are excited that he will be able to enjoy more time with his family and catching up on all the handyman projects he loves. His last day seeing patients will be at the end of June. We thank you, Dr. Mike, for everything and we will miss you!!

I can’t stop smiling at how polite my dog suddenly becomes the moment someone steps into the room, all awkward little wiggles and exposed fur, and I’m just sitting there thinking yes, she came like this, but somehow I feel like a terrible parent for not having her dressed up, even though she clearly doesn’t care, she’s already sniffing every corner and trying to make friends with every tool the vet touches, and I can’t help but laugh at the absurdity of it all, the mix of pride, embarrassment, and unconditional love swelling in my chest every time she does her naked little parade without a care in the world. 😂

Brrrr it’s cold out there ❄️. We are closely monitoring the weather and road conditions. We want to make sure that you and your pets are safe. Keep an eye out for the potential of a weather delay or closure Monday morning. If Winter Storm Fern necessitates our closure, we will reach out to all scheduled appointments that are affected.
