1. there are amazing dog training schools out there. Every other dog training certificate is some persons made up standard. There is no state board certification for dog training.
And as for service dog certifications just go straight to ADA and read the laws first hand so your educated on your rights.
2. Whatever it is that your struggling with your dog just get really really good at the basics (leash walking, down, stays, recall, etc) if your dog looses their minds over seeing another dog and you can just get them into a down you have control over your dog and can go from there. It also improves communication with your dog which is always a win.
3. Sense I have gotten into behavioral modification I can’t even keep track of how many times I’ve heard “I don’t know why my dog is like this I got them from a really good breeder” and that’s probably true but no breeder or breed can guarantee what every single puppy will turn into. Working dog ppl know this it’s never a issue, not all dogs bred for work make it as such. But pet ppl are always shocked when they get a registered, pure bred, well bred dog that has behavioral issues. It’s just luck of the draw
