Bay Area Pignic

The Binkery is a big supporter of Bay Area Pignic and sent a bundle of delicious treats for the rescue piggies at Carolyn Gardner 🎉🩷 Gardner's Pig Pen alum Cyrus inspected them and will be sharing them with his friends who are still looking for their furever homes.

The Binkery has launched their Halloween treat bundle as well as preorders for their holiday advent calendar so be sure to check them out and support a great company with delicious, healthy, limited ingredient treats for your small pets!

Ok, Marin Pignic photos are finally posted, sorry for the delay! It took a bit to gather the photos from folks and Facebook had a fit on upload and dumped all the work repeatedly :( But they are up now! And you can also find the album at

That's a wrap on the 2026 Bay Area Pignic events! Our Cupertino event was a blast - thank you so much for everyone who supported the event as a volunteer, attendee, or long-distance hype person just sharing our post and info to get the word out there!

Cupertino stats:
145 humans, 103 guinea pigs
Raised $8,902!!
Piggies Adopted: TBD sorry! I forgot to ask for the stat in time and am waiting 😅

We are so grateful to every company and individual who donated to our raffle. Please support the businesses that support Bay Area Pignic and rescue efforts - including The Binkery (don't forget to shop and use your discount code from the event!), Supreme Petfoods: Experts Pets who flew out with tons of samples to have a booth at the event, and Art by Birdie Tam who will be drawing next year's Pignic mascots for the winner of our silent auction! We are also very grateful to the team at Exotic Pet Clinic of Santa Cruz who donated all of their time to provide health checks and grooming services at Pignic. They are a wonderful team and see only exotics so your pets are in good hands.

And most of all we are so grateful to Gardner's Pig Pen-Guinea Pig Rescue who does so much for the guinea pig community, and puts in an incredible amount of effort for the event and marshalling volunteers as well. It definitely takes a village to run this event.

We will be sharing more photos soon including those by our photographer Estephan so stay tuned!

Annual supporter, Pet Food Express, is supporting Pignic again this year with a $25 gift card available in our raffle!

Pet Food Express is here to help California pets and their parents live happier, healthier lives🐾

Their strategy is simple: they only sell products they trust for our own pets. That means they don't sell products with fillers or suspect ingredients, and they get to know the people we buy products from.

They carry wonderful products for a variety of animals, including small animals. Pick up treats, hidey houses, enrichment toys, food, and more while supporting a great business.
