How to pronounce my name: "Cricks Us". I was rescued February 2, 2013 when I was 15months. My sister Naevia (Nay-Via) is also a red Doberman Pinscher. Born on February 8, 2013. She was rescued on October 27, 2014. She was heart worm positive and underwent treatments. As of July 2015 she's heart worm free. She was bred on her first heat therefore is smaller than the breed.

I didn't really update Crixus profile when he passed, but when reordering dog treats for Sheba and Tiberius over the weekend I ended up memorializing Naevia's profile. It's never easy making that selection and appreciating their customer service.

We were able to bring her home yesterday as soon as they called. 🩷

From Pre-K to his first day of High School.

Naevia has been there to send Maddex off to school from the very beginning. So much has changed between these two pictures, but she has always been there with her boy.

This week, this was our goal… to get her to this day. To have her here to send Maddex off for his first day of high school.

She made it. 🩷

Pre-K ➝ Freshman year. A much bigger Maddex with his Naevia still by his side.

A big thank you to Hoss Straps for sending Sheba her new purple collar! 💜 We've been excited for this one to arrive!

The boys, Crixus & Tiberius, have always worn orange, and Naevia has always been our pink girl. When Sheba joined the family, we needed another color to help people who don't know them as well tell everyone apart.

Purple became Sheba's color, and now she finally has her Hoss Straps collar to match! 💜

Thank you again, Hoss Straps! We love it!

The last few weeks have been a little harder on our sweet Naevia. ❤️‍🩹

With Tyler and Maddex leaving for one last trip before school starts, Maddex wanted to spend some extra time with her before they leave just in case. We all know she's getting older, and while we're hoping for more good days, we also know our time with her is becoming more limited and precious.

She's slowing down more, her body just isn't keeping up like it used to, and even simple trips outside to go potty leave her breathing much harder than before.

For now, we're just taking it one day at a time, making sure she knows how loved she is. 🩷

Back to being hot out... Everyone enjoys having no appointments and staying home. 😊

Naevia the other day wanted Tiberius to play with her. Tiberius is the type that goes potty and runs back in... Often making us yell at him to go back and finish going potty. 🤦 Naevia is the opposite she takes her time coming back.
