We use very good quality shampoo and conditioner. Contact by texting is best. Tidy Tails is by appointment only. Your dog should be ready in approximately 1-2 hours. Could be longer during certain circumstances. We will inform you in that case. Dogs must be picked up when ready. This keeps the shop quiet and less distractions for your dog while they are being groomed. Appointments are available Mo
nday-Friday with an occasional Saturday. Saturdays book up very fast. You must have proof of rabies vaccine. You may call for an appointment but texting is preferred as I may be working on a dog. I do not have a receptionist to handle my calls. Pricing is by breed, weight, condition of coat, type of trim and temperament. I do have a dog scale if you are unsure of weight. Dogs that are to hard to handle will be sent home. I do not demat dogs. If your dog is to mated he/ she will be shaved. Brushing out matts is uncomfortable for the dog. Our shop is humanity before vanity. On your first visit with us you will have some paperwork to fill out. I advise reading them before you sign as it is the policies of Tidy Tails. Please be sure to walk your dog before dropping off for grooming. I do not walk them. They are only with me for a short time. There is bags provided outside the building for your convenience. Please be courteous and pick up after your pet as this is also our residents. If you have any questions regarding our business please do not hesitate to ask.
