We had our last pup from our Ford x Hope litter go home last Sunday. He is going to another great home and best of all, he is close to us.

It is with heavy heart Michele and I share that Brew crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Sept. 5th.

He was our first Roddydog and certainly will not be our last. He was truly one of a kind in personality, physique, and overall talent as a retriever.

He and his sister, Pearl, are one of the reasons why we started Blowing Springs of Atlanta (BSKA). He was a favorite at the kennel, Ducks Unlimited events and wherever he went. He always greeted everyone with excitement and love, even puppies. He is the only male we ever saw pay attention to and love puppies. If we heard it once, we heard it a hundred times “I want one just like him!”

On a personal side, he knew when you were hurting physical and emotionally and never left your side. He was a constant companion. He was Michele’s bed buddy, slipper (the pair) retriever when she came home from work, and up to the very end, loved retrieving a tossed knotted dish towel.

He will be greatly missed but will always be remembered for the special place he holds in our heart. For those who knew him, we hope he touched you in some special way.

We had a puppy leave us today that is headed to Auburn,AL. This is their first Roddydog and they are so excited. Welcome to the Blowing Springs Kennel of Atlanta family.

Blowing Springs Kennel of Atlanta still has 2 male puppies looking for their furever home. They are now 15 weeks old and almost potty trained.
They are currently learning basic commands and to walk on a lead and not pull.

We had another pup go to his furever home yesterday. Believe it or not the Little’s already have 2 other Roddydogs from Blowing Springs Kennel of Atlanta.
