Every year I do a raffle for my nieces scholarship
All proceeds go to Haley’s Scholarship at FHHS
Last year we raised around 1,850$ for the scholarship
Every year, a 500$ scholarship is awarded to a student that will be studying in the medical field….so far we have given out over 4,250$ in scholarship money
The leftover money from ticket sales goes in to the scholarship account at FHHS and is held for the following years.
The goal is to collect enough money in the fund to be able to give a scholarship every year for the next 10 years
As of right now, we have a balance that will sustain the next 8 years
Please share and if possible, reach out to local businesses for donations to this scholarship or if you have a business, please think about purchasing tickets
