Good morning!

I hope you and your pets are doing well!

I wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to my grooming schedule. Beginning August 17th, 2026, my working hours will be changing to 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. (ASHLEY'S clients only)

To accommodate this transition, I will be adjusting appointment times prior to August 17th and will personally reach out to affected clients with their updated appointment schedules.

If the new hours do not work well for your schedule, I am happy to offer an alternative. I have a trusted employee available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM who can continue caring for your pet during those hours. (KATIE)

My goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible while continuing to provide the quality care and service you and your pets deserve.

If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please don't hesitate to reach out.

🚨 Weather Closure Update 🚨
Due to continued hazardous weather conditions, All Things Fur Grooming will be closed for the remainder of the week to ensure the safety of our clients, pets, and groomers.

Clients who are affected will be contacted directly to reschedule once conditions improve. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unpredictable weather.

Due to the extreme weather conditions expected, All Things Fur Grooming will be closed Monday and Tuesday January 26th & 27th to ensure the safety of our team, clients, and pets.

Mobile grooming equipment cannot safely operate in severe temperatures, and your pet’s comfort and well-being always come first.

❄️ COLD WEATHER POLICY ❄️
With the colder temperatures approaching, I want to give everyone a heads-up. If daytime temperatures drop below 30°F, it is too cold for dogs to be safely bathed in a mobile grooming environment.

Even with heated water and equipment, extreme cold can pose risks to your pet’s comfort and safety. If this happens, appointments may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to a safer day.

We’ve had a wonderful wave of new faces (and furry ones 🐾), so I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the continued support and to warmly welcome anyone considering booking with us!

To ensure every pup receives consistent, safe, and high-quality care, there are a few important policies I’d like to share up front:

🐶 Grooming Schedule Requirement
All clients are required to maintain an 8-week or less grooming schedule. Regular grooming is essential for your dog’s comfort, coat health, and overall wellbeing, and it allows me to provide the best possible service without rushing or causing unnecessary stress.
This schedule requirement is non-negotiable, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

📆 Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer that spot to another client who may be waiting and helps keep the schedule running smoothly.

💉 Rabies Vaccination Requirement
Rabies vaccinations are required by law. Your dog must have up-to-date rabies documentation on file prior to grooming. If vaccinations are not current, I legally cannot groom your dog — no exceptions.
These policies help protect your pets, my business, and everyone involved. If you’re someone who values routine care, clear communication, and a calm, professional grooming experience, we may be a great fit 💖
