We’ve had a wonderful wave of new faces (and furry ones 🐾), so I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the continued support and to warmly welcome anyone considering booking with us!
To ensure every pup receives consistent, safe, and high-quality care, there are a few important policies I’d like to share up front:
🐶 Grooming Schedule Requirement
All clients are required to maintain an 8-week or less grooming schedule. Regular grooming is essential for your dog’s comfort, coat health, and overall wellbeing, and it allows me to provide the best possible service without rushing or causing unnecessary stress.
This schedule requirement is non-negotiable, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
📆 Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer that spot to another client who may be waiting and helps keep the schedule running smoothly.
💉 Rabies Vaccination Requirement
Rabies vaccinations are required by law. Your dog must have up-to-date rabies documentation on file prior to grooming. If vaccinations are not current, I legally cannot groom your dog — no exceptions.
