Good morning. I would like you to meet some of our residents who will never be a part of our mobile farm. They are special needs and they live in sanctuary here. This is why we have a mobile petting zoo, to help with their care and rehabilitation. Meet Mr. T mid 30's arthritis, Sunshine mini horse with laminitis and cushings, Doodle goat, chronic mastitis. This is just a few of our sanctuary animals. When you book us for an event or party you are actually helping these animals live out the rest of their lives with care and love.

Good morning fans, friends and family! Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. They made me smile and some made me laugh. God knows we need more laughter. This post may be a little long but if you have the time, please read. If you see a lot more posts please thank my almost 14 year old grandson who has taken over marketing for me. He is a savvy guy when it come to technology. I like that word savvy. It is a good word. Several months ago, a very bitter person whom I never met, began publicly trashing my petting zoo. She was angry that I parade animals around while calling myself a rescue. It has taken me some time to get over my initial anger to be able to address this calmly. I lost my job during the covid insanity. I don't blame them, I was very sick for months and they had a business to run and I was not up to the job. I had many animals that I took in as rehomes and rescues before I lost my job and my main concern was, how will I take care of them, feed them and vet them. This is when a friend of mine suggested that I start a petting zoo. My husband did not want me to go back to work because of the sheer amount of work on the farm caring for all these precious souls, so I decided to try the petting zoo. I only took the animals that were young and healthy, limited the time that they were out, put heat and air in the trailer so they would be comfortable. To my surprise, they seemed to like the attention and of course kids, young and old, loved it too. This helped me continue to rescue and rehome giving sanctuary for all that come here. My animals are literally working for food. We opened up the farm to visitors as well but that proved to be more challenging than going mobile because of parking. I am often asked, why don't you go full rescue and take online donations? I don't for one simple reason, we have a wonderful rescue in our area that is doing so much good work that I did not want to take anything away from them but I need help for my rescues too. We have taken on 5 more rehomes that will live out the rest of their lives here in sanctuary.
How can you, my friends, help? Please share this page, tell people about our work. Tell your churches and preschool. We limit our zoos to 2 per month for the health of the animals. Thanks for taking the time to read. Many blessings to all!
