🎉🐾 BEST FIRST TIMER AT HERSHEY! 🐾🎉

We couldn’t be more excited to congratulate our very own Ivie Kenney on competing in the Wire Coat division at Hershey Groom Expo! ✂️🏆

While Ivie didn’t take home a placement in the Wire Coat class, she walked away with something pretty special — BEST FIRST TIMER! 🎉👏

That means she’ll be heading back tomorrow to be recognized during the Best in Show awards, and we are SO proud of her!

Stepping into the competition ring for the first time takes a ton of courage, preparation, and hard work. Ivie represented Doggy Clipps beautifully, and we can’t wait to see where she goes from here. This is only the beginning! ❤️🐾

We also have to give a HUGE special shoutout to Gabriela Rudnick and All Fur Grooming ❤️

Ivie’s original competition dog unfortunately had to pull out at the last minute due to an ear infection, putting her first competition in jeopardy. Gabriella stepped up and helped provide Ivie with a dog to compete with so she could still get in that ring and have this experience. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and support — this grooming community can be pretty amazing. 🫶
