These seven little souls have already come so far. ❤️

Happy Tails is currently housing seven foster dogs for Paws Up Rescue LLC — all Chihuahua mixes, all around 12 pounds or less, and all coming from a heartbreaking situation. Their owner could no longer care for them, and until now, these dogs had essentially never experienced life outside of the home they came from or relationships with people other than their owner.

When they first arrived, most of them were terrified. We couldn’t touch them, and simply having a person enter their space was overwhelming.

But these little dogs are resilient. ❤️

In just a short amount of time, we’ve gone from not being able to touch them to seeing some of them wagging their tails, getting excited when we walk into the room, seeking interaction, and even doing little zoomies! They are making progress much faster than we anticipated, and it has been incredible to watch their personalities slowly start to come out.

Now they need the next step.

All seven are looking for foster homes or permanent homes, and the sooner we can get them into a loving, home-based environment where they can continue learning what life with a family is supposed to feel like, the better.

Daycare, reimagined. 🐾

When we created Balance Pack Club, our vision was to move beyond traditional doggy daycare and create something designed around what dogs actually need.

That means more than simply giving them a place to play all day. It means fulfilling their natural, instinctual needs through movement, exploration, socialization, structure, rest, and time spent just being dogs.

Sometimes that looks like practicing calmness and boundaries. Sometimes it’s walking together as a pack. And sometimes it looks exactly like this—running through the woods, exploring with friends, getting a little dirty, and soaking up every bit of the good life.

Because our goal isn’t just a tired dog at the end of the day. It’s a balanced, fulfilled one. 🤎
