Yes - they do come from FAR and NEAR. We are talking about the wonderful dedicated volunteer dog walkers that make sure all our homeless pets get some one on one attention and love every week at Pet Adoptions of Cuero. A thank you shout out to Michael and Lisa - all the way from Goliad who pitched in - in the heat! to make sure all the canines were out of their runs and kennels and getting some exercise this morning. PAOC is so blessed by the communities' support from all over south central Texas. Posing at our front gates are CINDY and VANNA - fully vetted canines ready for immediate adoption. So excited about this upcoming event at the Cuero City park hosted by Miss Cuero and her Court. Inviting everyone to come out with your pet and pose for pics with the Miss Cuero team and their mascot QUEENIE. Be sure to ask Queenie for a "pawprint" autograph. Pet Adoptions of Cuero will bring some new pups that will be up for adoption too. Save the date - September 12!

Husky/Golden/Lab mix - Yes it's a beautiful canine with all those positive genes and sadly he is in need of a new home. Meet BONES - he was saved from the streets and temporarily has been cared for by a concerned rescuer. Vetted to date and will be neutered courtesy of Pet Adoptions of Cuero- BONES is about 2 years old, has mellow dog manners and gets along with other dogs and cats. He is just looking for that front porch or shady spot in your yard, ranch or farm to be his new forever home. He is not currently at PAOC - this is a courtesy post. PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE let's find a home for this misplaced canine. Originally found wondering in the Concrete, Texas area - he has temporary shelter for now. This chocolate brown mutt has an easy going demeanor, does appreciate the part time rescuers that are providing a place to rest, be fed, watered and not treated like a "dumped" animal. But we'd hope to get him to a ranch or farm that he can call his own. To sweeten the deal - Pet Adoptions of Cuero will cover all shots, vet tests, flea meds, microchip and neuter costs if needed. This will be a complete turn key package - you get a vetted dog, CLYDE gets a new home, and we all get the wonderful "feel good" vibes for making this another success story. The dog is not currently at Pet Adoptions of Cuero - we have no room - so this is a courtesy post. HEELER Puppy - mostly cream, white and tan speckles all over. TOBY is 3 months old and looking for his new forever home. This one is a real social butterfly and adores "kids" under 70 - teehee. Then we have JUNE - a true chi-weenie - black with tan accents, one year old and ready for lap-sitting or is so qualified to be a new companion for your current "lonely" pet. They are ready to fly the "shelter coop" this weekend at Pet Adoptions of Cuero, 407 US Highway 183 South, Cuero, TX.
