Sometimes the best medicine comes with a few extra hugs. 🩵

Dr. Mount and sweet Clara sharing a little cuddle during her visit. We know the vet can sometimes be a scary place, so we’ll always take the extra time to help our patients feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

Clara, we think you give some pretty great hugs! 🥰

If you’ve been in lately, you may have noticed our little monarch caterpillar friends hanging out on the counter. 🐛🌿

We’re excited to share that they’ve completed their amazing transformation and are now **beautiful monarch butterflies!** 🦋

It’s been so much fun watching them grow and change right before our eyes. We’re going to miss having them on the counter, but we’re so excited to see them spread their wings! 🦋

😎 Phoenix is looking pretty cool... but those goggles aren't just for style! 😎

Our technician, Dan recently gave Phoenix a laser therapy treatment, and those protective glasses mean it's time to help those muscles and joints feel their best!

Laser therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses light energy to:
🐾 Reduce inflammation
🐾 Ease pain and stiffness
🐾 Increase circulation
🐾 Relax sore muscles
🐾 Speed healing of injured tissues
🐾 Improve mobility and comfort

Whether your pet is recovering from an injury, dealing with arthritis, or just needs a little extra support to stay active, laser therapy can be a wonderful addition to their treatment plan. Many pets find it relaxing—and some even doze off during their session!

🎓🐾 Puppy Class Graduation Day! 🐾🎓

A big round of a-paws for our newest Puppy Class Graduates!

Over the past several weeks, these adorable students have been hard at work learning important life skills, building confidence, making new friends, and strengthening the bond with their families. From mastering basic commands to practicing good manners, they've come such a long way!

We are incredibly proud of each and every puppy (and their humans!) for their dedication and hard work.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your puppy's journey. We can't wait to watch these little graduates grow into happy, healthy, well-mannered companions.

🚨 TICKS ARE OUT IN FULL FORCE! 🚨

At Your Hometown Vet, we've seen a significant increase in tick-borne diseases over the past year, and we want to do our part to help keep our furry friends protected!

🌳 Western New York's tick population continues to grow, putting more pets at risk than ever before.

Give your dog the protection they deserve and enjoy peace of mind all year long.
