Grow room update : 10/05/2026
It’s been a while since our last grow update!

What’s new?! 🍄

We’re currently fruiting:
* A new shiitake strain
* Blue oyster mushrooms from Croatia 🇭🇷
* Lions mane strain acquired in Poland 🇵🇱

We’re also experimenting with growing mushrooms in containers, using old spent fruiting blocks and pine needle mulch as the growing medium.

Tomorrow (Saturday) April 25th is another (weekly) Meet The Maker event at All Grass Farms - an absolute gem of a local farm store! We will be there from 10am until 1pm. Stop by to say hello, learn more about growing mushrooms, best ways to cook them and their many health benefits. We will also have samples of some of our products!
