We’re having costume contests with great prizes at all our upcoming events. 💂‍♀️🎭⛑️ August 29th in Germantown Wisconsin, September 12th at the Arb in South Barrington Illinois and October 11th at the Lockport VFW in Lockport Illinois. Let’s see what you got! 🐶 🤡 🧛‍♂️

THIS SATURDAY, August 29th, 10am - noon at Von Rothenburg Bier Stube in Germantown, Wisconsin. Please join us with your dachshund at our outdoor Augtoberfest Dachshund Meet Up. Dress up your dachshund to win a cash prize for best costume. There will also be lots of raffle items and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds benefit the MidWest Dachshund Rescue. There will also be food and drink to purchase from the bar.

NW Indiana, where many of our team members are located, has been declared a disaster area. Some of us are dealing with flooded basements and remain without power or internet services, which may take time to restore. We have also suffered losses of some administrative and fundraising rescue items.

Due to these circumstances, our intake remains closed. Please also understand that we are currently unable to respond to every email, text, and private message.
