We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to our pet donation drive. Thanks to your generosity, we have already delivered a large portion of the donated supplies to Just 4 Dogs in Merrillville, where they are helping care for pets displaced by the recent tornadoes.

The need is still ongoing, and with additional storms in the forecast, we will continue accepting donations to help pets and families affected by severe weather.

🐾✨ Chow Chow’s Spa Day! ✨🐾

Chow Chow stopped by the Pet Parlor today for a grooming appointment with Hailey, and he was such a handsome boy! After a little pampering, brushing, and freshening up, he left looking and feeling his best. 🛁🐶

Hailey loves helping our furry friends look fabulous, and Chow Chow definitely stole the spotlight today! 😍

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the recent storms in Merrillville and the surrounding communities.

McPheron Animal Clinic is committed to helping pets and families during this difficult time. If you have found a lost pet or are searching for a missing pet, we are here to help. We will scan any found pet for a microchip and assist in every way we can to help reunite lost pets with their families.

We are also launching a pet supply donation drive to support local shelters and organizations caring for displaced pets. We are currently accepting donations of:

🐾 Dog and cat food
🐾 Cat litter
🐾 Leashes and collars
🐾 Crates and carriers
🐾 Blankets and towels
🐾 Pet beds, toys, and other pet essentials

Donations can be dropped off at McPheron Animal Clinic during regular business hours. All collected items will be distributed to local shelters and rescue organizations assisting pets affected by the storms.

If you have lost or found a pet, please contact our office at 219-661-8045. Together, we can help bring pets home and support families as our community recovers.

In addition to welcoming Dr. Jacobson to our team, we are excited to announce that Dr. Kelly will be joining us on select dates throughout the year!

Many of you may already know Dr. Kelly from her years of serving pets and their families in our local community. We are grateful for the opportunity to have her share her experience and compassion with our patients here at McPheron Animal Clinic.

Adding additional veterinary support allows us to expand appointment availability, maintain continuity of care, and continue providing the quality medicine and personalized service our clients have come to expect.
