A Community Notice ❤️🐾

Tomorrow, between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, we will be assisting the St. John Police Department as they say goodbye to one of their K9 officers.

If you notice an increase in police presence during this time, please know it is part of this farewell and procession.

These moments are never easy, but we are honored to be there to support these officers and their K9 partners. We are incredibly grateful for their service, dedication, and the sacrifices they make every day to protect and serve our communities.

Please keep the St. John Police Department and their K9 family in your thoughts. 🖤💙🐾

🇺🇸 **Remembering September 11, 2001** 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and loved ones who continue to carry that loss.

We honor the courage of the first responders, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and everyday heroes who stepped forward when our country needed them most.

May we never forget the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the incredible acts of kindness and unity that followed.

**We remember. We honor. We will never forget.** 🕊️

UPDATE: WE'RE BACK UP AND RUNNING 🙌🏼🙌🏼

⚠️ TEMPORARY COMPUTER OUTAGE ⚠️

Due to the storm, our computer systems are currently down. We are OPEN and continuing to see patients, but we are temporarily unable to access our computer system or patient records.

Please be aware that this also means we are currently unable to process prescription requests/refills until our systems are back online.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get everything back up and running. 💙

If you are coming in, please be prepared that check-in and processing may take a little longer than usual while our systems are offline.

Thank you for your patience as we work through the storm! 🌩️🐾

Although our clinic has remained open and has had power since this week’s storm, we are still experiencing issues with our server access.

Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to access medical records, prescription histories, vaccine records, and client phone numbers. We are also unable to email medical records at this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through these challenges.

Thank you for your continued support of our clinic. 💙

We hope everyone stays safe, and we are thinking of those who are still without power. We hope service is restored to you as soon as possible! 🙏
