Due to the storm, our computer systems are currently down. We are OPEN and continuing to see patients, but we are temporarily unable to access our computer system or patient records.

Please be aware that this also means we are currently unable to process prescription requests/refills until our systems are back online.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get everything back up and running. 💙

Although our clinic has remained open and has had power since this week’s storm, we are still experiencing issues with our server access.

Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to access medical records, prescription histories, vaccine records, and client phone numbers. We are also unable to email medical records at this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through these challenges.
