🐾 SEPTEMBER BOARD & TRAIN OPENING!

We have one opening available for our September 4- or 6-week Board & Train program!

Your dog will stay with us for an immersive training experience focused on obedience, manners, troubleshooting unwanted behaviors, and building more reliable skills for everyday life.

But what makes our Board & Train different? Our support doesn’t end when your dog goes home. ❤️

Our 4- and 6-week programs include lifetime training support so you and your dog have the tools and guidance to keep progressing long after the initial program.

✨ At go-home:
• Private go-home lesson with you and your dog
• Follow-up lesson a few weeks after go-home

🐕 Lifetime follow-up training includes:
• Weekly Social Hour group training — drop in once a week
• Pack walks at various dates and times
• 2 School Days per month
• Discounted Canine Good Citizen group course

🐾 MEET DIESEL! 🐾

Diesel is an approximately 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who has come an incredibly long way and is ready to find his forever person! ❤️

✅ Neutered
✅ Up to date on vaccinations
✅ Heartworm negative
✅ On heartworm prevention
✅ Good with cats
✅ Off-leash trained using the Mini Educator training system

Diesel was found in October 2025, abandoned in the woods alongside a female dog. A client of mine hoped to add Diesel to her family, so she began training with him and her other male dog. After spending time working with Diesel, it became clear that he needed more extensive socialization and would be happiest as an only dog or potentially with a very particular female dog.

When Diesel first came to me, he had some serious behavioral tendencies that could have had a very different outcome without intervention. Over the past year, he has made incredible progress and has blossomed into a truly fabulous dog. His one major limitation is that he is dog selective.

The good news? Diesel is not leash reactive and has been able to thrive with consistent training and structure. He has gone back and forth between farm/kennel life and foster-home environments so he could become comfortable in a home setting and be thoroughly evaluated.

Diesel is good with cats. While he has not lived in a home with children, he has been handled and petted by children and has done well with those interactions. As with any dog, we believe introductions and interactions should always be supervised and handled appropriately.

Diesel is now fully off-leash trained with the Mini Educator system and is ready for someone who will continue to give him the structure, consistency, exercise, and adventure he deserves. 🐕💙

We are also willing to provide transport and an extensive training lesson to help Diesel and his new best friend get off to the best possible start together.

Diesel has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. He has worked incredibly hard to get where he is today, and I truly believe his perfect person is out there.
