We’re looking for 2 pups THIS THURSDAY for Crystal to do her student grooms! 🐾✂️

We have an 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM spot available, depending on the size of the dogs we book!

For this particular assignment, she needs dogs that can be left 3/8” or longer with a round face and round feet. So we need pups with enough hair and the right coat texture to get that fluffy, rounded look!

If you’ve been wanting to get your pup in with us, now is a great chance to get on Crystal’s books while she’s still training! Most of you know we haven’t been accepting new clients, so opportunities like this don’t come up very often.

Crystal has been enrolled in professional grooming school since March, has already earned her Level 1 certification, and is now working through Level 2 and completing her hands-on grooms with us. She’s put in months of schooling already and now she needs the hands-on experience!

Student grooms are 25% OFF our regular grooming price. Just keep in mind that she is still a student, so your pup may be here a little longer than a normal groom and there may be little imperfections while she’s learning and perfecting her technique. She’ll have us there helping and guiding her along the way!

If you’re interested in Friday at 8 or 12, message us a picture of your pup along with their breed and weight so we can make sure they’re a good fit for what she needs!

Fall is here, and colder weather means longer, fluffier coats! 🍂
While we LOVE all the cute fluffy cuts, please keep in mind that the longer the style you choose, the more maintenance it requires. Both at home and in the salon! Longer styles require more time, product, coat prep, brushing, drying, and skill to properly execute, so pricing will now vary based on the length you choose.
To make things simple, our haircut lengths will fall into 3 categories:
✂️ Short & Sweet — ½" or shorter
Our standard, lower-maintenance haircut and base grooming price.
✂️ Fluffy & Full — over ½" up to 1"
A longer, fuller style requiring additional coat prep and finishing. Additional styling charge applies.
✂️ Luxe & Long — over 1"
Our longest styles requiring significantly more brushing, drying, combing, and detailed sc******ng. Premium styling charge applies.
Please remember, the longer the coat, the more maintenance it requires at home. Longer styles can only be maintained on coats that are being properly cared for between appointments.
If your pup is coming in matted each visit, we will not continue leaving them at a length that isn't working for their coat or home-care routine. We will choose a more manageable length based on their coat condition and the amount of maintenance being done at home.

Sweet Molly went home with her new momma today. ❤️ thank you all for all the shares!!!
Please say a little prayer for them both as they get to know each other, adjust, and settle into this new life together.
My heart was so happy for her today, but saying goodbye was a little harder than I expected. 🥹 She sure found a special little place in my heart during the short time she was with us, and I’m definitely going to miss having her around.
Im so thankful she has someone to love her and give her the home she deserves. Here’s to a beautiful new beginning for sweet Molly and her new momma. ❤️

Miss Molly was unexpectedly dropped off with me at the shop this morning (Tuesday the 22) so I’m helping her find the right family. She’s about 2 years old, full of energy, and loves to play!
She can be timid with new people because she hasn’t had much socialization, and we’re unsure how she is with children. As her groomer, I’ve built a relationship with her and gained her trust, and she really is a sweet girl once she feels safe with you. She does not seem to be doing well with men at all.
We’re looking for a loving, committed home that will make her part of the family, be patient while she adjusts, and keep up with her grooming and veterinary care. She will not just be given to the first person interested. We want to make sure it’s the right fit for Molly. 🤍
