Hitchel Farm We are a family owned farm in Western Kentucky. We raise hormone and steroid free beef cattle, make maple syrup, sell eggs, jelly, and various garden goods.

We sell USDA beef at the Beaver Dam farmers market. We’ve been serving Ohio County since 2014.

If you’re looking for lean ground beef, we have it.

I just cooked one pound of our 90/10 and had just over two tablespoons of fat in the pan when I finished cooking.

Don’t waste your money on 80/20 (or higher fat!) that you end up throwing away.
