Crivitz Veterinary Hospital Small Animal Veterinary Clinic We are a small town Veterinary clinic that strives for excellent patient care and treatment.

We treat every animal as if it's our own and educate you on your pet's health--addressing any needs or concerns you may have. We work towards keeping a long lasting relationship with you and your pet. We continue to educate and train our staff to give your pet the best possible care. We're here for you and your loved one. Dr. Gauthier is very skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely caring.

Dr. Adam will be out of the office Monday, August 31st. We will have someone here normal business hours for making appointments and for picking up food/medications.

The office will be CLOSED on Labor day(September 7th)! We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

As we celebrate our beautiful country, please keep in mind that this can be a stressful time not only for our pets, but for our Veterans as well.
