We have beef available!

Our recent purchase of some low elevation irrigated farm land has extended our beef processing season.

We have 1 very large whole beef and 1 unsold quarter aging at the butcher now. These can still be custom cut to your specifications.

Contact me if you are interested.

Hello to all of our beef customers.

Good news and bad news.

The good news is the steers all look great.
The bad news is our grass growth and cow watering sites have been severely impacted by the drought.

So due to the drought conditions in our region we will be processing all if this year's beef steers on 7/18.

I know that this earlier processing date may cause issues for some of you and I will gladly refund deposits if this is an issue for anyone.

I will be contacting all customers who have reserved beef for this year with hanging weights and delivery dates as soon as i receive this information from the butcher.

Again I apologise for this change but grass finishing is VERY weather dependant.

I look forward to seeing all of you soon!

Levi and I did a quick check of the pregnant mama cows before the Caps Knights game tonight. All looking great!

A belated thank you to our cattle drive crew for your help getting the girls to their summer pasture!

We did a quick pasture move across the county road today in preperation for the storm. Pray for snow everyone!

This dry winter has allowed the girls to continue grazing this winter. Is this the calm before the storm?

Our thanksgiving road trip started with a quick check of our girls. Could this be a new prius commercial concept?
