This story says so much about Brianna Hoyt — although none of it will surprise anyone who knows her. ❀
Brianna and Soldier Boy are an incredible example of perseverance, horsemanship, and what it really means to stand by a horse through the hardest days as well as the best ones. Their story is truly inspiring.
We’re also incredibly fortunate that Brianna is the person we trust to care for our animals when we’re away. There’s a reason we can leave Sand Meadow without worrying about our horses and dogs — we know they’re in the hands of someone who notices everything, cares deeply, and treats the animals entrusted to her as if they were her own.
So proud to see Brianna and Soldier Boy’s very special story featured in The Chronicle of the Horse. *Link to story in the comments*

HĂșni is Herborg’s first c**t for us, and we couldn’t be happier with him. He is incredibly sweet, brave, and self-assured, with such an easy confidence about him. He’s been a special little guy from the very beginning, and we can’t wait to see who he grows up to be. ❀

We keep looking at Grímur and wondering how someone hasn’t snatched him up yet. This handsome yearling gelding is shaping up to be such a special horse — incredibly easy, sweet and sensible, with the kind of calm, willing mind that will make him an awesome riding horse someday.

He has beautiful, soft gaits with lots of natural tölt, plenty of size, and of course that stunning color. He checks a lot of boxes.

And because he’s just a yearling, his future person will get the chance to bring him along from the beginning and build that lifelong partnership with him. ❀

If Grímur sounds like the kind of horse you’ve been looking for, message us for more information.
