Over the next few months, we kindly ask for your patience as we focus on training and growing our staff. We are currently experiencing a shortage in our reception area, but we are actively working through it and have recently welcomed some wonderful new team members. As with all things in veterinary medicine, proper training takes time to ensure we provide the best care and service possible.

During this transition, you may experience longer wait times on the phone. If your request is not urgent, we encourage you to send us a text, leave a voicemail, or email us, and we will return your message as promptly as we can.

🐾 Attention Apoquel Users! 🐾

We wanted to give everyone a quick update regarding Apoquel prescriptions at Southside Animal Hospital.

💊 We will be switching from the regular Apoquel tablets to Apoquel Chewable.

This change will happen gradually as we finish out our current stock of the regular Apoquel tablets, so you may see either version for a short period of time.

Why the change?
✔️ Very palatable – most pets take it like a treat!
✔️ A little more cost-friendly for our clients
✔️ Same trusted medication to help keep your pet comfortable and itch-free

Our goal is always to make medications easier for pets and more affordable for you while still providing the same great care.

💻 If you prefer the regular Apoquel tablets, no problem at all. We can approve those for you through our online pharmacy.
