Happy National Veterinary Technician Week! 🩺🐾

We’re kicking off the week by celebrating our very own Certified Veterinary Technician, Ellen!

Ellen brings so much more than technical skill and medical knowledge to our team. She treats every patient like they’re her own, always considering not just their physical health, but their emotional well-being, too.

She’s that important connection between the medicine we practice and the pets we care for. We’re so appreciative of the knowledge and heart she brings to CCVH every day. 🩵

Meet Dr. Kara Erickson! 🩵🫶🏼

As our medical director, veterinarian, and co founder, she is the driving force behind the medicine we practice at CCVH.

For Dr. Erickson, a big part of being a veterinarian is educating clients and helping them understand the “why” behind quality medicine. She believes that when pet parents understand what’s going on and why a treatment is recommended, it can make the veterinary experience more positive for both the owner and the animal.

We love Dr. Erickson because she's ridiculously smart, endlessly curious, and never too serious to have a little fun. She has a soft spot for bully breeds, loves to work out, and has never turned down a good spicy margarita.

We’re so luck to learn from her and we can’t wait for you and your pets to meet her! 🐶🐱

Making it to Thursday is a whole lot easier with these smiles around! 😊🐶

Meet Boone, our new HPIC (Head Pup In Charge). While he’s easy on the eyes, no pawmises are being made about his actual administrative abilities. 🐾

He is, however, highly qualified in morale, snack supervision, and greeting everyone who walks through the door. He’s Ellen Teague ‘s best boy!
