First order of business this morning, kill the snake which was killing a baby rabbit! 🐇 😭. Snake was just outside our chicken coop where our baby chicks are. He was over 7 foot long.

Collecting eggs is always an adventure. The tiny eggs from the beginning of a hen’s laying cycle are so, so cute. I have one hen who lays the ugly, wrinkly egg. Occasionally, I get a double yolker.
