📢 Important Client Updates & Policy Reminders
Thank you for choosing Crystal Clear Cleaning Services. Due to high demand and our schedule being completely booked, we are implementing the following policies effective immediately.
• Payment is due the day of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. If payment is not received on the day services are completed, a $10 late fee will be applied.
• If you need special payment accommodations, please notify us before your scheduled cleaning appointment so we can make note of it on your account.
• Appointment confirmations are required. Due to our full schedule and high demand, all clients must confirm their appointments when contacted. If you need to reschedule and cannot confirm your appointment, please message me directly as soon as possible so we can accommodate your scheduling needs. If we do not receive confirmation on two consecutive appointments, your recurring spot will be removed from the schedule until you contact us directly to be added back and confirm that cleaning services are still needed.
• Additional services must be requested in advance. If there are any extra tasks or services you would like completed during your scheduled cleaning appointment, please notify me prior to your visit. This allows me to properly schedule the additional time needed and ensure I can accommodate your request without affecting other clients on the schedule.
• We have recently experienced several issues with kitty litter being left on floors prior to our visits. Excessive litter can damage and clog our vacuums. We kindly ask that litter areas be swept or tidied before your appointment.
• Children’s bedrooms should be picked up before your cleaning appointment. Toys, stuffed animals, clothing, and other items should be removed from the floor so we can focus on detailed cleaning rather than organizing.
• Laundry must be picked up from floors prior to your appointment. For sanitary reasons, we do not handle clothing, as we cannot determine what items are clean or dirty.
• A sink full of dishes is not included in standard cleaning services. Dishwashing services are available for an additional charge and must be requested in advance.
These policies help us stay on schedule, protect our equipment, and continue providing the quality service that our clients have come to expect.
