Hey guys!
Happy Saturday. 😊

Gonna try to keep this brief. If you know me, you know I'm not fantabulous with words, so I apologize! But this will be brief & blunt!!!

I don't tolerate not being told about sickness. It can lead to termination if I show up & find you have a sick animal on premises. There are illnesses that can transfer from just being on the ground. Thankfully (&somewhat unthankfully😅) I had to take infection control in college & take cleanliness & illnesses very serious!
With that being said, it needs to be communicated to me even if you think your animal is falling ill.
I dont care even if it's just a snotty nose, tell me every detail. Then, we can figure out if 1. a vet needs to be involved, 2. if/when we can reschedule.

An illness can literally cancel my entire schedule for a few days.

Please, for my sake & the sake of my other clients, these types of things HAVE to be communicated!

Thank you!

The twins have got to see all kinds of animals over the last year!!!

Here recently, they've got to see some piggies! 🐷

They're a little bit unsure of them still. 😂

Sometimes horses leave marks on more than just our hearts. 😆

Sweet girl was enjoying her MW session & wanted to massage my truck I guess. 🤣🤣

Hey guys! Just wanted to give a quick update! 😊

September literally starts tomorrow(which is insane😅), & as I was scheduling a new client today, I realized I am almost fully booked for the month of September!!!

Some things to consider/acknowledge:

🗓If you have to reschedule, it may be a few weeks before I can get you back in.

🗓In the case you do need to reschedule, please notify me promptly/as soon as you know.

‼️🗓‼️If you cancel within 24 hours of your appt, there will be a cancelation fee of half of your visit.

🗓Please schedule with me before I leave your barn to ensure you stay on the books. I can not keep up & always remember who needs to schedule/reschedule.

🗓Please be clear & direct in communication. I do not have time to ask 50 11 thousand questions to try & get you scheduled. If you have dates/times you know you are available, please tell me.

📝Little side note: if you need to contact me, please do so by text. If it is an emergency, feel free to call! Otherwise, it's much easier for me to communicate through text.

Please Initial once read, thank youuuu.💗

🙌🏼💗Lastly, I couldn't have done this (really June-Sept😅) without you guys! I didn't think that within 6 mos of switching to working Flyin' B full time, would i have fully booked monthS. That's crazy to me! 🥹 Just wanted to thank all of you for trusting in me & all of the wonderful referrals!
