Today was a tough one. I decided to compete on a broken foot. Someone asked me why I would do that to myself. I told her I meet with my neurosurgeon every 6 months and I never know when is going to be another life changing surgery. It is a miracle for me to still be hanging out with the living. Im so grateful for God's healing of my mind and body! I don't want to take one single day for granted. Day by day, one day at a time its all we can do so make the best of it. God is good yall!!!

Working the dogs indoors today to get them out of this brutal oklahoma heat. This is a great way to burn off some energy safely without risking overheating
