Hartzell Equine Therapy provides individualized conditioning and recovery programs using the AquaPacer, cold spa, EquiVibe plate, and solarium lights—helping horses move better, recover properly, and perform at their best.

Water work without the miles. 💦 The Hudson Aquapacer brings water resistance and buoyancy together for a controlled conditioning session tailored to the horse.

Your horse works hard. Their recovery should, too. 🐴
From the Hudson Aquapacer to cold spa, solarium lights, and Equivibe plate, we've got more ways to support your horse's care, conditioning, and comfort.

Let’s talk cold spa. 🧊🐴

Cold therapy is one of those tools that can have a place in a horse’s recovery routine after strenuous work, hauling or when managing swelling and inflammation.

But just like every other therapy tool, more isn’t automatically better.

Timing, duration and the individual horse matter.

That’s why we don’t just throw every horse in the spa and call it a day.

We look at the horse in front of us and build the session around them. 🤎

Okay horse people, we want to know. 👇🏼

What’s the #1 thing you notice when your horse isn’t feeling quite like themselves?

Is it:

A. Stiffness
B. Shorter stride
C. Takes forever to warm up
D. Attitude 😂
E. Something completely different

Drop it below.

Sometimes what looks like a “bad attitude” is your horse trying to tell you something. 🐴

There is nothing better than hearing from the people who trust us with their horses. ❤️🐴 Hunter Ross and his girl Saavy are repeat customers who we hope continue to trust us!

“ I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to Hartzell's Equine Therapy for taking such incredible care of the savage for me while I was in Texas. It’s such a relief knowing your horse is not only getting well taken care of but worked daily while you are gone so when you come home she’s in better shape then when you left.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering aquatic therapy for any of their horses!! They are always quick to respond and make sure to send updates throughout the stay!! ”

We know how much these horses mean to their people.

Getting to be part of their rehab, recovery, maintenance or performance journey is something we don’t take lightly.

Thank you to everyone who trusts Hartzell Equine Therapy with a piece of their program. 🤎

No talking.

No explaining.

Just water, horses and a quiet morning at the therapy barn. 🤎

Sometimes this is exactly what recovery sounds like.

Turn the volume up. 🐴💦

Two weeks can make a difference. 👀

Look past the obvious and watch the details.

Where is the foot landing?

How much reach are we getting?

How freely is the horse moving?

Are they carrying themselves differently?

Progress isn’t always a giant “WOW” moment.

Sometimes it’s sitting side-by-side with an old video and realizing…

Oh. There it is. 👏🏼🐴

If your horse could pick today’s therapy…

💦 Aquapacer
🧊 Cold Spa
☀️ Solarium
〰️ Equivibe

Which one are they choosing?

And let’s be honest…

Some of them would pick all four. 😂

Drop your horse’s vote below. 👇🏼🐴

And don’t forget to reach out and set up their stay!

One thing rehab will teach you really quickly:

You can’t rush a horse into being ready.

We want progress.

But we also want good progress.

That means paying attention to movement, response, recovery and how the horse feels—not just counting days on the calendar.

Slow and steady might not make the most exciting social media post…

But it’s often what gets you where you’re trying to go. 🐴❤️
