Tuesday was one of those very special days. We had the honor of celebrating Brandy and 20 years at Animal Medical of Covington. She has been the rock for our staff, and she has trained a lot of young aspiring veterinarians and veterinary technicians. We can not thank you enough for the time, effort, sweat and bruises you have given to this facility. Please join us in thanking her for the care she has given to countless pets over the years. By the way, the rolled papers are notes from former staff, and the bourbon is to help her get through them. She has touched many people’s lives including mine and those of my family. Thank you again for sharing your talent and devotion. Here is to many more years caring for the fur babies.

With Fourth of July right around the corner, your pet’s anxiety medication needs to be picked up! We are closed Saturday but open Friday. Please call in your meds today and tomorrow to have them in time!! God Bless the USA!!

With the temperatures reaching as high as they are please be mindful of your furry companions. Walk your dogs before sunrise and later in the evening when it’s cooled down, don’t leave them outside for long periods of hours in the middle of the day, and make sure water and shade is always available!
