So… I recently flew with one of my Jacks. I’ve always used Sherpa bags and have no complaints. I decided to invest in a Sturdi bag for this trip. Alot of my friends have them and speak very highly of them. Well, idk if I have the worst dog ever or if I got a defective bag, but she pretty much ruined it. I contacted Sturdi and they offered me a 20% refund and a replacement piece of mesh that I have to find someone to sew it on. Here are pictures of the damage.
