**** UPDATE****
Update on this sweet kitten: Despite every effort, her injuries were far too severe for her to survive. What brings us comfort is knowing she was not alone in her final moments—she was gently held, showered with love, and treated with the respect and compassion she so deeply deserved. We are continuing to search for her family so they may have the closure of knowing she was cared for with kindness until the very end.
Thank you all for those who shared & posted trying to find her family.

A good Samaritan just brought this poor little girl into our office at 11:15 AM.
She had been hit by a car on Harrison near the fire department. She has life threatening injuries. If she looks familiar to you please give us a call immediately at 541-942-9181. You may also reach out to the Humane Society of Cottage Grove as they are aware of the case . She had no collar and she is not micro chipped. She is a young dilute tortoiseshell domestic short hair cat.
