Happy World Veterinary Day! 🐾💙

The VetMed world has its fair share of ups and downs, but we are so proud to be part of it and feel incredibly passionate about what we do every single day.

Of course, there are the fun moments, like getting to snuggle puppies and kittens, watching pets grow up, and celebrating happy, healthy visits with our clients. Those are the moments everyone sees, and they’re definitely some of our favorites.

But this career also comes with challenges that aren’t always visible. It can be emotionally demanding, fast-paced, and, at times, heartbreaking. We’re there for the tough conversations, the difficult decisions, and the moments when our clients and their pets need us the most.

Through it all, we show up because we care deeply about your pets, about you, and about each other. We lean on our team, we keep learning, and we continue to give this profession everything we have. 🐾✨

As the one writing these posts, it feels a little weird to write something about myself 😅. So instead, I'm going to take a moment to recognize my amazing team!

Managing people is definitely not for the weak, but this group of women make my job so much more easy. They're always checking in to see if I need help with anything, and they somehow always know when I need a little sweet treat or pick me up (huge shoutout to energy drinks and coffee). They help me grow as a manager and teach me new things every single day. Having a team that’s so supportive, driven, and always willing to collaborate truly makes all the difference.

I’m really lucky to work alongside such an incredible group of people. ✨

VetMed Receptionists Week – Day 4! 🎉 Today we’re celebrating Svea 💗

Svea may be the newest member of our team, but she has grown so much since starting last fall. Before joining us at B2B, she worked at Camp K9, and one of my favorite things is when some of the Camp K9 pups recognize her. It’s the cutest thing! 🥹💖

She’s always checking in to see if others need help and eager to learn more every day. On top of that, she is SO good with our clients and makes everyone feel welcome and cared for.
