Hi all! Little update:

I have been cleared by one speciality to start slowly increasing my physical activity. My Infectious disease doctors say it may be end of year/ beginning of next year for my return to work. We are hoping for a speedy recovery moving forward. As soon as I have a return date I will update everyone. Thank you all for sticking it out with me. My 2 week leave turned into a 20 week leave 🥲 this was obviously never the intention, but I cannot express how grateful I am for the kind words and the care ive been shown through all of this.

Many of you know that I had to take a couple of weeks off for a disc replacement surgery. I have always been very open and transparent with my clients because I love and adore you all.

My first surgery failed and resulted in an emergency surgery. It quickly became clear to us that something was wrong. Several ER visits and hospitalizations later they found a very severe infection in my spine. I went from 3 weeks off work, to unknown but at least another 10.

I have been hospitalized at OHSU for over a week. They did my 2nd Emergency Surgery that saved my life. I hope to go home soon but will still have a nurse that comes to my home to monitor a Picc line because I need constant antibiotics for 10 weeks and then over a year of follow up as this bacteria likes to hide and then come back.

One of my best friends set up a go fund me. Two weeks if hospitalizations, 3 ambulance rides, etc. If you can share this post please do 💕 I love you all thank you for reading

Unfortunately I will have to close for 10 weeks. I am so very sorry to my clients I had scheduled. You should have already recieved messages.

My first surgery had a rare complication that led to an emergency surgery. Then my second surgery had another even rarer complication that landed me at OHSU. I have been here for 5 days and had my 2nd Emergency Surgery Today.

The tratement for all of this leaves me unable to work for 10 weeks. I am hoping to find a work around, so keep up with our page.

I am so so sorry eveeyone, I never anticipated this. I am luckily feeling much better.

Goodmorning everyone. Bad news, I will be sending out individual messages to those on my schedule. I was supposed to return to work on the 17th, however I experienced s rare complication a week after my first surgery, and had to have emergency surgery last night to correct it. I will have to reschedule a few appointments in order to properly heal. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and I understand how frustrating this is for everyone.

Surgery went well! I am recovering at home with the help of my friends and family. Thank you all for being patient with me during this time! I cant wait to see you all again in a few weeks when I return!

‼️Attention 📣

We will be closed for a few weeks this summer due to medical need. I will be having a cervical disc replacement and unfortunately need a bit of time off to heal. My surgery will be July 27th and I hope to be back by August 17th, pending final approval from my surgeon.

I will contact everyone who has appointments between these dates and we will get you rescheduled! Thank you all for the support and working with me through this unexpected event.
