Effective June 27, 2021, if you (1) cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment on two separate occasions, 2) arrive 15 minutes late* on two separate occasions, or 3) no-show for your appointment once, you will be required to prepay to book any future appointments, and this prepayment will be non-refundable.

*Arriving 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule your appointment.

I groom one on one, so there is not always a lot of flexibility to accommodate late appointments. It’s always best to give me notice as soon as you can if a problem arises and you are unable to make it on time.
