🐾 A little long, but full of important updates! Please take a moment to read about our new walk-in hours, spay/neuter clinics, and can and bottle drop-off location. ❤️
⏰📣 NEW WALK-IN HOURS STARTING TODAY! 📣⏰
Monday through Thursday: Noon to 4 p.m.
The main reason for this change is our Friday Spay/Neuter Clinic schedule! With clinics now taking place almost every Friday of each month, we’re reserving Fridays for this important work.
Visits outside our walk-in hours are available by appointment, as staffing allows. To arrange a visit, please call during walk-in hours or email [email protected].
Thank you for understanding and helping us balance welcoming our community with caring for the animals! 🐶🐱
🩺🐾 Looking for spay/neuter services?
With clinics held almost every Friday, we now have more spay/neuter appointment availability for both cats and dogs! 🐶🐱
To learn about the services we offer and submit an application, visit www.cortlandspca.org.
Have questions about clinic services? Email [email protected]. We’re happy to help!
💻 Please remember: applying online is the first step! We typically do not schedule clinic appointments for owners by email, so an emailed appointment request does not take the place of an online application. Please complete the application on our website to begin the scheduling process.
♻️ Our can and bottle bins are moving again!
You’ll now find them in front of the garage at the house in front of the shelter. This location should make donation drop-offs and volunteer pickups for redemption easier, reduce traffic backups in our back parking lot, and help with snow removal this winter. Volunteer pickups require prior approval.
It should also save our team a few frozen fingers when unlocking the bins to keep your donations secure! 🧤❄️
As always, thank you for your can and bottle donations and your continued support. The Cortland County SPCA runs solely on donations from our community, and every contribution helps us care for animals in need.
Thank you for your understanding as we adjust our hours, and for being such an important part of our shelter community! ❤️🐾
