More walks. More couch cuddles. More mornings waking up with them by your side. ❤️🐾

As our pets get older, every moment together feels a little more meaningful. While we can’t stop the aging process, proactive veterinary care can help support their health, comfort, and quality of life along the way.

Regular senior checkups and recommended diagnostics can help identify health concerns earlier, giving you and your veterinary team more opportunities to manage them.

Please help us welcome Dr. Kailey Tobin to the Crossroads Veterinary Clinic Team! 🎉🎉

Dr. Kailey Tobin is dedicated to providing compassionate, thoughtful care tailored to the individual needs of every pet and family. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colgate University before attending Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in 2025. She further developed her clinical experience through a small animal rotating internship.

Dr. Tobin’s special interests include anesthesia, pain management, acupuncture, palliative medicine, and end-of-life care. She is passionate about helping pets remain as comfortable as possible throughout every stage of life and supporting families as they navigate difficult decisions surrounding their pets’ care. She also looks forward to continuing to expand her expertise in these areas as well as general practice surgery.

A natural problem solver, teacher, and collaborator, Dr. Tobin values working closely with both clients and fellow veterinary professionals to provide the best possible care. Giving back is also important to her, particularly through supporting animal shelters, environmental causes, and food banks.

Originally from Amherst, Massachusetts, Dr. Tobin enjoys running, baking, traveling, knitting, and reading in her free time.

Dr. Tobin is excited to join our team at Crossroads Veterinary Clinic and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with pets and their families in our community.

Seniorhood can bring changes—some easy to notice, others much more subtle. 🐾

Maybe your pet is moving a little slower, sleeping more, eating differently, or showing changes in their hearing, vision, or behavior. While some changes are part of getting older, others may signal a health concern worth addressing.

Regular senior wellness visits help your veterinary team monitor these changes, catch potential concerns early, and adjust your pet’s care as their needs evolve.
