Established barn with lesson program, top school horses and clients looking to relocate immediately (within the next 90 days) in the Santa Cruz County to retain our amazing clients and to keep our programs going. Approx 8 stall barn needed and space for my electric individual turnout grid so my horses can go out during the day. Fully self sufficient program with equipment to set up to operate independently. Eurocisor, vitafloor, quad, drags, stall feeder/cleaner, ready to move. A shocking notice of non-renewal of our lease was just received due to the facility owner wanting the facility back for herself and her trainer now. Open to creative ideas out there but looking for privacy…. Lease your small home facility? Lease a barn? Purchase a few bare acres someone wants to sell? Dry stall fee? Cant pay big board prices with most horses being lesson horses so very self sufficient. Current facility reference available.

Today we did arena turnouts in the rain! Mr.B feeling good! That counted a hault/ho right?! I have to chase him away from me or he would just follow me everywhere lol 😂 Best horse ever. ❤️
