We wanted to take a moment to recognize Jennifer for the amazing work she's doing in our grooming salon!

Today, I received a call from a client who wanted to make sure Jennifer knew how much they loved their fur baby's haircut from yesterday. He shared that not only was he thrilled with the groom, but his wife absolutely loved the new look as well!

He asked me to personally pass along their appreciation to Jennifer and wished Coastal Pet Supply continued success under the new ownership.

📢 Grooming Clients – Please Bear With Us! 🐾

As the new owners of Coastal Pet Supply, we are working hard behind the scenes to improve our grooming services and provide a better experience for all of our clients.

Over the next few weeks, we will be updating our grooming policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of every pet in our care. We are also implementing a new grooming management system that will eventually allow clients to book and manage their grooming appointments online!

Beginning next week, all grooming clients will be required to provide proof of current vaccinations, including existing clients who groomed with the previous ownership. Since Coastal Pet Supply is now under new ownership, we are updating all client and pet records to maintain accurate information and meet our safety standards.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this transition. We are excited about the future and look forward to serving both our longtime customers and new faces in the community!
